Attorney Justin Smith was born in Jackson, MS. Upon graduating high school, he moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Dillard University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. After extensive work and research in the field of computational and theoretical chemistry, Justin Smith, with an impassioned interest in issues involving intellectual property law, enrolled in Loyola University New Orleans College of Law receiving a Juris Doctor. Presently, Justin Smith is admitted to practice in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana, where he provides representation and advice to clients in affairs encompassing commercial transactions, contractual agreements/disputes, real estate purchase/negotiations, tort claims, copyright and trademark protection, admiralty/maritime, construction, family law matters, and Social Security Disability claims. Justin Smith has and continues to volunteer his time working with Mississippi Access to Justice Commission, a local organization whose mission is to provide free, quality civil legal services to the disenfranchised and impoverished.
