Roberto E. Alejandro is a former fast food worker, transit bus driver, hospital interpreter and handyman.
Spanish-English bilingual, Roberto holds a PhD in religion and theology from Durham University, a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in DC, Maryland, and New York.
Roberto is the founding editor of stayup.news, as well as the author of “Christianity, Otherization, and Contemporary Politics,” and “The Crucifixion and Resurrection of Freddie Gray,” published by Lexington/Fortress Academic. His practice areas include immigration and civil rights.
