Tal Braddock is one of the most dynamic attorneys in the legal services industry. Mr. Braddock is an experienced trial lawyer and has dedicated himself to helping clients throughout the United States in a nationwide practice of high profile criminal defense, pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, entertainment and sports law.
Mr. Braddock has over twenty (20) years of legal experience and has represented thousands of clients across the country. Mr. Braddock has been involved in thirteen (13) million dollar cases including the BP Oil Spill, Fen-Phen diet pill litigation, Firestone tread separation, and Attorney Braddock was featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal for spearheading the WorldCom accounting fraud litigation on September 17, 2002. Although he deals with numerous clients on a daily basis, his expanding staff and offices allow him to ensure that each client’s individual needs are fully met.
Mr. Braddock earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the American Bar Association since 1995. He became a member of the Washington D.C.-based American Association of Justice in 1998. In 2001, he became the youngest lifetime member of the Mississippi Association of Justice. He is on the Board of Governors and currently heads their Mass Tort Division. Mr. Braddock has twenty-three (23) years of legal experience and has represented thousands of clients across the country.
