WUSA 9: attorney Scott Lucas on $10M lawsuit over DC police officer who allegedly took illicit photos

CBS WUSA 9 interviewed Washington, D.C. injury attorney Scott Lucas about his representation of the family of a 15-year-old minor who alleges that former Metropolitan D.C. Police Officer Marc Washington took illicit photos of her. Washington committed suicide after criminal charges were filed against him.

"It's been traumatic, as you can imagine this child is 15 years old when this happened, it was against her will, she protested at the time and was nevertheless ordered by Mr. Marc Washington to disrobe and allow him to take these pictures, she didn't understand what was going on but he was an authority figure," Scott Lucas, the attorney representing the 15-year-old's family, told WUSA9.

The suit seeks $10 million over the alleged assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious trespass, false imprisonment and negligent supervision and training. Watch WUSA 9 interview Cochran Firm attorney Scott Lucas about this high-profile lawsuit.
