6/25/2020- The parents of a 22-month-old child are demanding answers from the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services as to why their child was left unattended and allowed to choke to death on playing cards on June 16.  Cochran Firm attorney Stanley Jackson does not believe this was an isolated incident as the family has reported prior incidents that were ignored.  Additionally, the child’s parents were allegedly not notified of their daughter’s death and only learned of it when they went to DCFS to check in on her well-being.
